Observation

Mr Basil Gallier has had an expired background check since April 10, 2022. Licensor Robertson has brought this expiration of this "serious" matter to Licensee Jennifer Gallier's attention on May 6 and on May 10. The five days for action on "serious" non-compliance has passed. This is a second notice of the same non-compliance. A safety plan is also in process.
